"Much better than we expected. Facilities are old fashioned but solid and all working good. AC is strong. I like that there is dedicated laundry and dinning room. Also the lawn is well maintained."

We enjoyed the swim spa and putting green. Great central point to visit the national parks and Grand Canyon and come back to relax at the end of a long day of exploring! Owners were very kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. "

"We had a wonderful time at our VRBO in Fredonia, AZ. We used this as our "home base" while we traveled to Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and Grand Canyon National Park. (This was our southwest National Parks tour, as you can tell!) This was a great house within about an hour and half to all of these places. The nearby town of Kanab, UT had lots of dining options, ice cream places, and a few nice grocery stores. The home had a full kitchen and we were able to save money by cooking there a few nights. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe there."

"We selected this property due to the amenities and location. We wanted a central location to visit Bryce Canyon, Zion, Page, Az, and the Grand Canyon. We found some great local hikes too. The pool was relaxing and well maintained. The hot tub was fabulous after long hikes and for star gazing. Our family enjoyed the pickleball courts too. The house was very clean and I’m picky. "
