The rooms were spacious, clean and I slept well on the bed. The bathroom was clean but a bit of a tight squeeze - especially getting in and out of the bathroom. But that is a minor detail as the bathroom was well equipped with towells and soaps. One of most enjoyable features was its rooftop bar they call Sky lounge. There is a constant warm breeze that goes through that lounge is so relaxing and cooling. Hghly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The staff at this place was fantastic. Food was great. I wish they have pool and a place for all enjoy besides the rooftop bar. Overall it is good.

Spent three nights at Jetwing Jaffna on a trip to the peninsula. I grew up in Sri Lanka, but, never had been to Jaffna and I wanted to visit. Jet wing is a great base around which to plan a trip to Jaffna. It is new, rooms are fantastic, staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and the food is exceptional. If you go there, try to get the Jaffna Seafood buffet. Unbelievable! Very convenient to drive or take a rental car to rest of Jaffna. Also walkable to the main city attractions including the bustling market. If I go back to Jaffna, I’ll definitely stay at jetwing again.

This property is up as a 4 star hotel but when we got there we were told there is no gym or a pool which means it is technically a 2 star hotel. It also has very limited space in the rooms and the bathrooms are tiny, the only good thing about the hotel is the delicious food.

Clean and friendly but pricing errors

Good hotel but at check-out, price was inflated, then a higher than official exchange rate was used to calculate the cost, and then wasn’t given the option to be billed in the local currency, which I beleive isn’t actually legal. Ended up as a result paying way more than agreed.
