"Great staff, the hotel is clean and our room was very clean and comfortable. I did let them know that our room the second lock did not work, they immediately send someone to check on it and he let me know that it will be fixed the next day, however we were there for a week and it was never fixed. "The place was gorgeous but the front desk staff were less than happy to speak to us. There was no intro “here is the property and information” speech. He literally just looked at me when I walked up to the desk. Didn’t say can I help you or anything. It seems to be a regular thing there bc we experienced the same in Humacao. A few people were great including housekeeping and the bartender. But man why be on front desk if you clearly hate people??!? Weird."

"The AC was the best of any we had in Puerto Rico - not too warm, not too cold. The neighborhood was not touristy but it was safe and services were available. The room was nice. The bed was comfy but the sofa bed was really hard. So close to the airport. Convenient. If we have an early flight we would stay again."

" The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The personnel was very friendly. It is conveniently located in downtown area which made it easy to reach restaurants and shopping centers about a 10-minute drive away. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The room still needs some work, particularly the crystal-clear door that lacks a sunshade at the top. This affects privacy and allows too much light into the room, especially in the morning during resting hours. Additionally, the electric plug connector and the bathroom mirror light were not working. The parking situation in front of the hotel is also a concern. It is located on a very narrow road, which could put guest vehicles at risk of being hit by careless drivers passing by. The hotel does not have a pool or an elevator, which may be something to consider for guests who expect those amenities. Overall, it’s a clean hotel with responsive staff and a convenient location, but a few practical improvements could make the stay even better."
