Staff turn A/C off externally, and power to rooms so if phone on charge... it don't charge. Restaurant staff don't understand toast n jam on menu, and charge extra for butter. My rooms cost me £24 per night 2 rooms single occupancy, so £96 advertised at £12 pernight some places... not worth £12 "Very close to Taj Mahal" was the only positive thing can be said. "

"The problem arose when we checked in asked about hot water in bathroom. Was assured it was there. Not only did it not come in the night but no hot water was available in the morning as well. We had to ask for heater to be turned on when we checked in and during the night it was turned off. Woke up cold and had to shower in cold water. The pillows were stained a dirty. There were blood stains on them. "
