"The staff here are amazing. Nice enough to send someone to the train station at 4 am to pick me up and give me a room to nap for a bit even before my official check in time. Restaurant is nice too with incredible views of the fort.

"This was a highlight of my trip to India. Fifu is such a kind and generous man, not to mention so helpful with coordinating a camel safari and transportation at the best price. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. "Hotel is in great location, only 2 minutes walk to Fort and close to many restaurants. It is beautifully decorated and the food was fresh cooked everyday and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel highly.

"Excellent location at the heart of town. Very clean and well maintained facility built with stone, similar to what the kings of the bygone era would do. This property is accessible by car unlike many old havelis around the town. Vie from the hotel room of the Golden Fort was mesmerizing and you can have the view from their rooftop dining too. They have tours to deserts and other locations that are safe and family friendly. I would come back to this special Fort Hotel if there's an opportunity in the horizon."

"Made to feel very welcome from arrival through to departure. Everything was brilliant. Lovely spacious room , good nights sleep. Breakfast was really fresh and great quality with plenty of choices. Excellent evening meal were enjoyed with amazing view across to fort.
Advice and tour particularly the camel trip was brilliant and we really enjoyed the trip arranged for us by the hotel and riding camels in the desert and meeting fellow travellers.

"Expedia site does not mention that the property has no car access. You have to take a tuk tuk from a few miles away (from the car parking area). This is false advertising.
Most of the staff were wonderful. I wanted to pay in cash (since I'd exchanged a bunch of foreign exchange), but they charged my credit card without my permission.
With proper policies and accurate description, customers will be a bit happier with the property."
