Nice location, one mall in the same building, another mall and movie theater across the street. Also close to the local attractions/tourist spots. (nice for foreigners like me!) One thing I didn’t like is that the hotel overall was not as nice/clean as I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The bar/restaurant was nice enough, but the overall condition/cleanliness was not worthy of 4 stars in my opinion. (Not as advertised)

Very comfortable accommodation

Very professionally operated hotel, with great service on every level. I also enjoyed the fitness area and spa services while staying there. Enjoyed room service meals, and a couple of meals in the buffet area. The reception staff offered to send me off with a packed breakfast on my 4 am morning departure. A nice touch! Highly recommend to international travelers who want a very comfortable stay for a very fair price.

I do not recommend.

I do not recommend this hotel. I asked them to change a blinking light three times, but they did not change. The reception was slow. In addition, even after I checked out and went out the hotel building, they forced me to return to the reception for something. I followed and returned to the reception but they said, All is solved. Not great service. The building is run down and not cozy.

Fine service...ok condition 4 star at best

ExcellenT service by front desk reception, housekeeping, and restaurant manager, very good breakfast, dinner buffet disappointing but was offered a dish off menu that was excellent. 2 night engineers did not know how to adjust AC so 1st night was freezing. Enjoyed a nice steambath. Hotel room towels very rough and scratchy. Bed luxurious and very soft.

Service good, but hotel is outdated.

Hotel staff were very good and accommodated our needs well. We were given an upgrade, so the room was large, however it was in need of some fresh paint and the carpets in the hallways were really dirty. The bathroom was old and was in average condition. The location of the hotel is right on a busy intersection and roundabout and was very noisy, with traffic going all night. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Centrally Located, Best-in-class, easy approachabl

We went to Jaipur for 2night stay and as always Fortune Select Metropolitan was the best choice. There are couple of reasons to say the same. 1. Best location possible to stay in Jaipur as its centrally located and very close by to the posh locality of C-Scheme. 2. It is also centrally located from the various places to visit in Jaipur. 3. too many options of eating joints nearby. 4. Hotel rooms are very tidy, spacious and the staff is also very courteous and supportive. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and trust me it was the best decision to stay here.
