It was an amazing stay at the hotel, the room and bathroom were absolutely clean, the location of hotel was so good, all the tourist attractions were just 2 to 5 kilometers away, Jalmahal was one kilometer, hawamahal, city palace were just three kilometers away. The hotel had good veg and non veg restaurants on walking distance & what made our stay comfortable was the hotel's friendly and helpful staff members who were always there to help us & suggest us the most economic ways to travel in and around the city. It was actually a fabulous stay and recommended to all the Jaipur city visitors.

I stayed at the hotel between March 14 and 17, 2019. The room was great, very clean and with a good smell. The location is great, you are close to the main tourist attractions of Jaipur such as the Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and others. The owner of the property helps in all that it is possible to have a good stay in Jaipur and the staff are very helpful and attentive. A great surprise in India and highly recommended!

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. The bathroom outside was so awful, that my father came back in and asked to use a regular bathroom inside the property and again explained he is a guest that is about to check-in. This manager finally let him use the bathroom inside. The poor service continued. Soon after check-in, the hot water was not working when my father was about to shower. He saw the manager/owner standing at the front desk speaking with a friend, and asked him for help. Abhishak looked at my father and intentionally turned around and ignored him, and went back to sociallizing with his friend. My father called him again for assistance 2 more times before he finally assisted. My father was charged for using a plate & spoon, and MANY other superficial/surprising charges. This owner/manager received his payment form Orbitz, and felt he could now mistreat my father as he pleased and overcharge him.
