"The staff was most accommodating. We were given rooms on the 4th floor. My mother didn’t like the steps. The hotel moved us to the first floor/ground floor. Awesome rooms. The decor and areas match the pictures. Very soothing and zen environment to sit and enjoy the Jaipur morning and evening. The food was great. We ate there three nights plus breakfast. Excellent spread. The owner lives on the property and keeps an eye on things. His dog putters around the property. "

"Perfect location for business or leisure travelers who visit Jaipur for the first time. Easy to commute to major tourist attractions and restaurants in town. Facilities are in a good condition and services are attentive from the lobby to room service. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of selections for western food but that’s ok if you don’t stay here for a week. Don’t forget to visit the rooftop bar. Great experience overall."

"We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. "Amazing property ever I lived in. It’s a beautiful safe to stay property. The decora of the property premises in just amazing. The service is amazing very fast service. Foods are little expensive for sure. But other than very warm welcoming. Amazingly polite . Fantastic staffs. Yes little far from pink city but I don’t mind because anyways I rented a car for 8 hrs to do my sight seeing. All I can say I enjoyed my stay so much with lovely memories . "

"The Comfort Inn Sapphire is a great Western-style hotel close to the old city of Jaipur and a relatively short tuk-tuk (auto rickshaw) ride away from the Amber Fort (we paid 200 rupees). In terrms of the room, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great (offering relief from the extreme heat of Jaipur in May), the shower had solid pressure and heat, the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily, and, overall, made for an extremely clean, comfortable stay. "There is much room for improvement. Paid for 7 days but checked out after 2 days Hotel flatly refused to refund even for a day The place needs to improve a ton. "

"We stayed in one of the tents - which looked really nice online, but was a bit run-down in person (including stains on the ceiling and broken furniture drawer pulls) - the shower ran hot for about 30 seconds total. The really frustrating part was the really loud music that played every night during our stay until 4 AM - I think the music was coming from next door, but it sounded like it was inside the tent! all in all, not the quiet, peaceful stay we were expecting from a 'tent in the woods.'"
