The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Also walkable to Lotte and other malls which is convenient. They have a small rooftop area which is nice to sit and do some work. The first room I got the fridge had mould and shower head was looking very dirty. It was a large room but I asked to change which they happily did. Wifi was very poor in the second room but cleanliness was improved. Breakfast was mainly local food and not much vegetarian options. One day there were many ants in the fruit plate which not hygienic. For the price it was ok but I'll stay at another spot next time

Staff is helpful and friendly. The location is quite convenient, which is located 15 min walk from the MRT station. Depends on where you stay, but some rooms are disturbed by sounds from the nearby musk.

Comfortable suite, great breakfast

Comfortable suite, clean. Little kitchen should be better equipped, but microwave worked well. Also fridge, water kettle. Bed and bath linen clean, no stains or hairs. Great breakfast buffet, mostly asian cuisine, but with bread rolls and toast, fruit.

Awesome stay in Jakarta

Service is impeccable, check in and out were seamless. Breakfast is wholesome with great variation to fuel the day. Hotel is strategically located, short walk to Lotte Mall and there's a mart opposite. Like the design where air con is individually set up in every room. Will return again.

Loving this place so much! The hospitality is the best! The front desk ladies and guy was very responsived and responsibility ! This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Very clean, everything is well organised, good breakfast, perfect location, swimming pool is nice. But the best part of the whole experience was definitely the people working in Avissa Suites! It’s 100 out of 10, absolutely! :) Everyone is perfectly friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about everything I had to ask them, willing to assist in any possible way. During my stay (which was 11 nights) these people helped me out so many times with so many things! Really enjoyed! Highly recommend!

チェックインもスムーズで、ウェルカムドリンクまでいただきました。 朝食の種類は多くありませんが、毎日変えてあり美味しくいただきました。 夜も2回レストランを利用しましたが、ボリュームもあり美味しいでした。食後にアイスクリームのサービスがあり、嬉しかったです。 マッサージは部屋に来てしてもらい、20%オフで価格も安く毎日お願いしました。 モールにも近いし、総合的に満足でした。

室内は、広くは無いが十分に使いやすい広さがあった。 最初に入った部屋が、中庭に面していたが、カーテンを開けると向かいの廊下から室内が見える構造で、開けることが出来なかった。 フロントでの交渉で部屋を替えてくれたが良かった。
