一階にパスタ料理店とラーメン屋あり、但し、10時開店。 BLOK M prazaやBLOKMに徒歩5分、買い物、食事には便利。しかしここも10時から。 朝食が難しい。 タクシーは余り、ホテルの場所を知らないので探すのが少し大変。 料金が安いので長期滞在には良いと思います。

食事も買物も不自由なしです。

ジャカルタ出張の際はちょくちょく利用してます。 比較的清潔感があり、リーズナブルで助かります。 種類は少ないですが朝食も不味くはないです。 朝食の際にドリップコーヒーが飲めるのが嬉しいですね！

コスパのよいホテル

日本人向け歓楽街Blok Mの近くですが、徒歩で行こうとすると横断歩道もない交通量の多い道路を横切らないといけないので非常に危険です。Blok Mまではタクシー利用をお勧めします。なお同じ建物の中に日本食を含む複数のレストランもありますのでそこで済ませるのもよいでしょう。 部屋は、値段およびインドネシアであることを考慮すると非常に清潔に保たれており、備品もまだ新しいです。たまにタオルが生臭いこともありますが私は許容範囲です。扉や壁が薄いためか廊下での話し声がよく聞こえてきます。気になる方は耳栓を持って来た方がいいかもしれません。 コスパは非常によいと思います。

エレベーターが故障中

ハッピーインは3ヶ月以上にわたりエレベーターが使えず、3階・4階まで階段を歩かなくてはいけません。また、今回の部屋のトラブルはテレビのリモコンでした。チャンネルを変えるには、チャンネルの上下ボタンでの操作のみで、番号キーを使って直接チャンネルを変更することが出来ませんでした。 いつものことですが、シャワーとトイレの境目の段差が小さく、トイレの床が水浸しになります。レンガ一段の高さの仕切り壁があると良いのですが。 最近、1階のレストランの朝食はメニューが変わり、以前よりも良くなりました。交通や買い物に便利なBLOK Mにあり、比較的良心的な料金で定宿にしています。NHKが見られるのも良いですね。最近は2階のマンガ喫茶も良く利用します。

便利なホテル

同じビルの中にラーメン屋と居酒屋、漫画喫茶があり、非常に便利。日本食の豊富なBlok Mにも歩いて行ける。値段の割には非常に清潔（インドネシア基準）。 但し、廊下を通る足音や人の声がうるさい。特に受付近くだと従業員のしゃべり声が聞こえるので、騒音が気になる人にはお勧めできない。

good value for money

we stayed here for 9 nights, overall satisfied except the lift was under maintenance during our stay so we had to climbed the stairs everyday which is really tiring. staffs ate friendly and accommodating, we asked to switch to a different room midway to enjoy a different view and was arranged very quickly. bedsheet and towel are not in the “white-est” condition but they’re fresh replacement everyday.

安くて良いがちょっと狭い

安くて立地もなかなか良いのだが、洗面が極端に狭く、出入りが不自由だった。 メインテーブルにはコンセントが無く、PCが使いずらい。 ３階に泊まったが窓の外はコンクリートの壁だった。 照明がたくさんあって明るくて良いのだが、スイッチを探すのに苦労した。 ドライヤーは無い。冷蔵庫は有る。エアコン、シャワー、ベッドは完璧。 シャワートイレだったのは嬉しい。 各所に日本語の説明が有る。フロントは３階で入口のエレベーターを使う。 スタッフは日本語も出来て、大変親切。 １階の渋谷カフェでの朝食は、ちょっとメニューが足りない。 しかし、このカフェのメニュー表に有る焼肉バーガーは４００円で大変おいしい。 １階のコンビニは潰れていた。ほかのコンビニは近くに無く大変不便だった。
