The hotel is in a good location, but the facility is in poor shape. There was a heavy smell of mildew in the room. The shower also allowed water to escape, which probably is why the carpet near the bathroom smelled terrible. Also, there was mold around the door and outside the hallway.

Convenience meets good service and caring staff
Amazed and grateful by how the staff did their outmost to make my stay enjoyable, and that my needs were met within their service, despite the hotel's condition in current situation. Veggies-only option was always available for the breakfast, otherwise I could always request, which is appreciated. Flawless internet connection and my work was done. No restaurant at the hotel but it's 10 minutes walk to Grand Indonesia, a few minutes to the nearest MRT station (no worry if I need coffee and a little stretch), super convinience. My only complaint was that a group or family were placed in the rooms next to mine and they were so noisy despite my effort to let them know I was in my room working (thankfully it was on my last evening). When I come back I would request for a room in the quiet zone.

The problem with this facility is that many things are broken or not working properly. It is one of the properties that is contributing to the diminution of the Holiday Inn brand.
