Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Avoid it
The hotel and the rooms had a damp, putrid smell
The toothpaste was so old it had become hard in the tube
Broken handle on the toilet door
"City view" was the wall outside
Only one plug socket in a corner on the floor
Dirt and mould in various parts of the room and bed
Toilet not functioning properly, constant flow of water
No bottled water in the room, as stated
Very loud ventilator that couldn't be turned off
Toilet seat broken
Very pooor selection of breakfast dishes
Ripped chairs and bed clothes
Given a smoking room, but booked non-smoking
Leaking taps that made the floor dangerously slippery
