friendly staff, nice breakfast and near to grand Indonesia. But shower was always too hot or too cold, not soap provided and had to ask for extra shower gel in order to wash hand, hotel also dont provide shaver in room and staff is very unwilling to provide even when asked

This hotel is one for the best hotels I've stayed in Indonesia for comfort and customer service was top level, Every staff member I came into contact with was very welcoming, Use of sauna for free was a good start to the day. Breakfast was very good choice for Western people and Indonesian people. Will definitely recommend this place.

Room was big and clean. Water pressure for showering is really small. Most of the food was cold for buffet breakfast. Walking distance to the train station and major malls like Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia which has more dining options and shopping.

The man in the reception was not well informed and he provided a wrong information when I asked the location to purchase SIM card. He gave me an information that the place I can buy SIM card is 15 minutes away from the hotel by car. But actually it turned out the place of SIM card was only 200m away from the hotel. I almost tried to take a Grab taxi to get there…
