From a swift check-in to an efficient checkout, everything went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The package included both dinner and breakfast — the breakfast, in particular, was impressive with a wide variety of options. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and always smiling, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Although the hotel itself shows signs of age, the quality of service more than made up for it. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Staff are very polite and breakfast spread is good. Aside some lighting features not working in the room, everything else is fine. This hotel would be suitable if you’re attending a conference here or have meetings with clients in nearby offices. But if you’re expecting major malls to be close by, you’ll have to hail a taxi or Grab (highly recommended) to get around town.

Clean room, great location very close to thamrin city shopping center. Breakfast is amazing lots of options that I Iook forward for breakfast every morning. The Le Meridien Jakarta is dated now and requires an upgrade. The hotel does not give the feel of a luxury Marriott property.

I was unable to sleep properly due to the Jakarta hotel's traffic noise (hell of traffic noise from cars and motorcycles) and poor facilities (noise and inconvenience due to a leak in the shower room ceiling, and several intercom beeps of unknown origin).
