If you’re used to a certain accommodation standard when travelling, this place is not for u. I paid $40 a night and I got a nice room, clean bed, 2 bottles of water everyday, fried rice and tea sent to my room, wifi and hot shower. What I wished it had was a dead bolt for the door and a kettle for hot water. There’s a night club right behind but the noise didn’t bother me. The area can be very dark at night.

大規模再開発が行われた巨大オフィスビルの連なるDistrict 8近くにある宿です。
宿の周辺は再開発が行われておらず、昔ながらの雰囲気が残る良さがあります。
建物・部屋ともに 清潔感があり、照明の明るさや、シャワー・トイレ、冷蔵庫、ベッド等の設備は金額の割にいちランク上の居心地の良さがあります。
シャワーは温水はしっかりと出ますが、温水になるまでに少し時間が必要。
周辺にコンビニが全然ないので、チェックインする前に購入する事をオススメします。
おしゃれショッピングモールのASHTAまでは徒歩10分くらいです。
金額の割にはオススメできる宿だと思います。

トイレットペーパーも残り少ない物があるだけで替えがない。
夜にホテルに戻る道路が封鎖され、夜中にはホテルの入口の門が施錠されて入れなかった。

1. 道を隔てて隣接する BEER HALL 側の部屋だった場合、深夜0時くらいまでは音楽がかなりうるさい。
2. シャワーのお湯が出づらい。水がお湯になるのに時間がかかるのと、湯の勢いが弱い。

清潔で、机も使いやすい。ビジネス向けの長期滞在に適した宿泊施設だが、夜は隣のビアホールから音楽が聞こえ、少しうるさい。また、室内にお湯をわかすポットがなく、お湯を手に入れる場合には、一階の共用スペースま でまで下りていかなくてはならないのが不便である。
