⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Spectacular! WOW!!! This was one of the most incredible hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is outstanding, the facilities are world-class, and the staff delivered exceptional service at every interaction. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed to create a truly memorable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar. The views were absolutely breathtaking and created an unforgettable atmosphere, especially in the evening. And staying on the 83rd floor was simply surreal. Waking up to those panoramic views felt like being on top of the world. I've stayed at many hotels around the globe, but this place is truly special. If I could, I would travel across the world just to stay here again. An unforgettable experience and one of the best properties I have ever visited. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We were made very welcome by all staff especially Nica in executive lounge, breakfast and dinner at Keyaki was fabulous and again all staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend Pan Pacific new hotel in Jakarta to anyone.

This is probably one of the best hotels I've been to recently. Its brand new and it has all the amenities you would need. Its walkable to all the big shopping centres and is right adjacent to a mall that has great food options. The staff are superb as well. Accommodating to my requests and are very polite and ensure you are happy with everything. I will be back.

This is a brand new hotel located 10 min walk away from Grand Indonesia. Everything was great, best of all is the height in which my room was located. Breakfast wasnt a full buffet per se, but u can have an endless order from their ala carte menu. Service was excellent, location was great, room was top notch.

Who knew?

Astonishing to be on the 85th floor of the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere. You won't feel connected to the hot city below here, but service is excellent and the shower is, really, the best I have had in the world (amazing water pressure). Pleasant 90th floor breakfast was included. Excellent service.

Staff let the hotel down

The building is brand new and the rooms are fresh with great views of the CBD. Downsides are that the Lobby staff appear to be new and checking in and out was shambles, with one situation where I was in the vancant lobby at 6:30 am, trying to call out for hotel staff for 10 minutes, needing to settle up and get my taxi to the airport. I think with more disciplined training and staff habits, this would actaully be a 5 star hotel
