The toilet smells when the door is opened. The shower gel holder is broken and unusable. AC blower is noisy as well as the noise from window. The only thing good is the friendliness from the staff.

Not pleased at all

Tried to save a little money but bad attitudes at this hotel obvious. Check-in guy 7/30/19 at 23:30 acted condescending. Girls at reception next morning nice though. Would of been better off paying the little extra and booking at Di'Prima hotel nearby instead, getting decent breakfast and a whole lot more besides. Saving the extra $10 USD was not worth it and Swift Inn got the last laugh on bit of savings. Checking in, the guy who was at the reception with "care less" demeanor not smiling acting like it was big hassle for us to use hotel airport shuttle service. Apparently this "shuttle" is only 3 times in the morning. Hotel advertises its shuttle service like its a real big perk, but don't take them seriously. Ended up taking a cab instead of putting the hotel out for their ridiculous shuttle service that didn't seem like it wanted to run anyway. Breakfast was a big joke, as all you get is some rice and a tiny bowel of soup,and for one person only, not two. Lady in restaurant saying "that's all we get." When first asked what breakfast she replies with lack of intelligent look and blurts out "bread." My wife complained and they finally brought out another bowl of soup. But hardly any food to eat so don't pay extra for breakfast as you will go hungry here anyway. King size bed was just 2 single beds pushed together. Had to squeeze into tiny bathroom, as room was so small, door hit bed when entering. Air Conditioner worked, but not really that cool. Will not return here again.

Staff behind your back since you check in when uou

Booked for 24 hrs when reached hotel was told hotel is transit hotel and my booking for 8 hrs so I need to check out after 8 hrs after I check in so had to go out all day waste time and when back then checked In don’t even give you grace period like other hotels for extra hr start calling your room that you want to check out if not if extra time will be charged so rude and unprofessional being in hospitality industry

Not as nice as the pictures, the room Is very small, but it’s so cheap to spend a few hours waiting for a flight. The neighborhood also has a lot of food and facilities next door. The “free shuttle” is only available in the morning. It’s also a full 30 min ride to the airport terminal, despite how close it is.

一人で行きましたが、内装はまだ許せましたがシーツは汚かったです。 また扉を閉めているのに蚊が入ってきたりと。。。どこかに抜け穴があるのだろうか。 ご飯はふつうにおいしいです。 チェックアウトが12:00までてのが助かりました。

It was very humid inside. Clearly the AC had not been on for at long time before check-in. Furthermore, not really clean. Lastly, the promised airport shuttle only went every 90 mins so not really useful. Be aware that it's an almost 30 mins. drive between the airport and the hotel.

Booking was i.v.m. de geboden pick-up service! Géén pick-up, dan de booking cancelled!!! Geen reactie ontvangen van "Jullie hotels. com". Vooraf doorgegeven vlucht no. en aankomsttijd, niemand was er. Volgens jullie site was de afstand 2,8 km, wat makkelijk te lopen was, doch de luchthaven info gaf aan dat het 3 uur lopen was en 18/20 km verder was!!! Taxi deed er ruim 70 minuten over!!!! Weg breng service alleen om: 03.00, 04.30, 06.00, 08,00 en 10.00 's morgens!!! dus niet 's middags of 's avonds!! De manager Indratno Rusman was natuurlijk niet bereikbaar!!! De kamer: schoon bedgoed en prima bed om te slapen! Ruimte naast het bed slechts 55 cm, voetruimte i.v.m. koffer neerzetten slechts 75 cm

Pas si proche de l'aéroport que ça !

Niveau prix rien à dire , on va dire chambre uniquement dormir une nuit en transit, c'est propre juste le mur blanc qui sale car pour faire le tour du lit obligé de frotté les murs, Et pour la distance aéroport à vol d'oiseau juste à côté mais à pied ou en voiture très loin - de 30 min ( en voiture ) car il faut faire le tour des pistes plus bouchons..

There was so so. Staffs are very nice and kind. Also, available English. On the map, the location would be very near the airport. But, the entrance of the airport is totally opposite side. By taxi, it was about 20~30 MIN. Most of room condition was alright. But, it has little smell when I visited.

Nähe vom Flughafen, pick up service ok

Für paar Stunden Aufenthalt war das Ok. Am besten ist pick up Service vom Hotel. Das Zimmer war ganz eng, man hat kaum Platz außer im Bett. Das Bad sollte noch richtig sauber gemacht werden.

the hotel clean the room but it was not clean i still found dirty place on my bed and the toilet was broken and the towel was not clean and was broken. and breakfast the food was cold en old en you have not so much choose on choose out rice and noodles.
