I lilke that the hotel even when it is quite old, still keeps most of things well, i would recommend to review more their equpment at the rooms as they look quite old, but in general for the prices it was good

Overall was ok except that the condition of the furnishing was run down . And the toilet shower the drainage cover was broken. Just concern for any pest or unwanted creatures that can crawl through the piping and entered through the broken hole drainage cover which made my sleep not peaceful.

ホテルの設備やスタッフ対応には特に不満はありません。良いホテルだと思います。ただ非常に敷地が広く、ホテル外に出るのに時間がかかります。また敷地内の地下を通らないとメインロビー前の車止めに来られず、配車アプリのドライバーが迷ってなかなか来ないということが何度もありました。滞在中に外出が多い方は注意が必要です。

Strålende personale, middelmådig hotell.

Servicen var veldig bra - 10 av 10. Absolutt alle som jobbet der var veldig imøtekommende. Det være seg resepsjonen, dørvaktene, frokostservitørene og vaskepersonalet. Alle skal ha honnør for sine fine og imøtekommende væremåter. Hotellet i seg selv har nok hatt sine glansdager, mye slitasje og det bærer sterkt preg av at det henger igjen på 80-tallet. Men det jeg likte aller minst var at de få røykfrie etasjene - tror 4 av 15 - var spredt vilkårlig mellom røykeetasjene, så det hang en sur eim av røyk over alt. Såfremt dette hotellet ikke blir renovert tror jeg nok ikke at jeg kommer til å booke der igjen. Det finnes så utrolig mange bedre alternativer.

Although the property is somewhat older, it offers clean, spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, a variety of dining options, an on-site spa, an ATM, a gym, and a pool. You won't regret your decision to stay here!

I stayed this hotel for football game.So it was very guud location so that it's near from the stadium. ゲロラ・ブン・カルノスタジアムでのサッカーの試合のために滞在しました。11月でも32度という高温多湿につき、スタジムからホテルのアクセス面で最高の施設だと思いました。22時30分まで1階のレストラン・バーで食事がとれるのは嬉しかったです。 スタッフは皆親切で、手荷物の運搬・両替・道案内（朝6時のチェックアウトで、スカルノ・ハッタ空港までタクシーで行っても渋滞はないか）など適切に対応いただき気持ちよかったです。バーのスタッフは特にフレンドリーで、皆「サッカーを見に来たのか。ようこそジャカルタへ」と言葉を掛けてくれ、あたたかい気持ちになりました。 都市部、観光スポットへのアクセスを補って余りあるホスピタリティで、満足しました。また宿泊できることを楽しみにしています。

화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 나서 방 변경했는데 바퀴벌레가 나왔어요... 동남아 특성상 날이 더워서 어쩔 수 없긴 하지만 찝짭한건 어쩔 수 없는 것 같아요 ㅠㅠ 직원분들은 정말정말 친절하시고 서비스 최고입니다!👏
