This was an AMAZING place to stay for my family of 5. The city suite was spacious and allowed my kids to have a separate room and living room area to hang out. Laundry service was such a huge perk that we really needed. "The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. It was also very hot. We couldnt find any controls for the floor heating so we had to sleep with the window open. But the bath was nice and it was a sizeable room. The staff was also very helpful and held our bags for us. "
