"Staff, breakfast, spa, cleanliness, location all perfect"

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel, unfortunately only for 1 night. Will def come back again. We had a massage booked at the spa for 3 on the day of the arrival. We were late for almost an hour due to traffic, and they still waited for us to get the treatment. We had the chalet suite, it was very nice a cosy. Great beds. Comfortable bathroom and good shower. The breakfast was very good! The room has stairs… just FYI. "

"Rooms are modern and clean, Breakfast was very good with varied options and plenty of choice. Good Ski/Snowboard set up with rental shop in the lobby (very reasonable priced) and a ski-room for storage. Location is good, short walk to town and Termy spa. Wider Zakopane - snow wasnt great and the ski areas by the hotel (Kasprowy Wierch) were mostly closed (not great for early feb) - we typically travelled to Białka Tatrzańska which was better. Uber Ski is a good service. NB take Cash if you want to split the bills at local restuarants! "

"Great and warm staff, clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen had practically everything needed for stayers I must say. Perfect spot for holidaying and chillaxing ++ spa and saunas. "

"We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "
