"Everything was easily accessible and the service by the staff was very helpful. I got there early and they allowed me to check in early for a small fee. For the price I would say it was a steal and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who comes out to Guatemala."

"Hotel was great all around. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, our room was clean and the hotel itself was very modern. The only takeaways I would have are 1 day the room service came around 830am which was a bit early for us, and second is nobody really speaks english at all excluding the people that work the front desk (which is to be expected I guess). It wasn't easy trying to order food from the restaurant due to the language barrier. Overall an excellent choice of hotel close to the airport."

"Great hotel I stayed there before the Pandemic back in FEB 2020 and just a bit ago in JUL 2025. Nice people, kind of a classic feel to it, quiet, not a bunch of kids running around making noise, and in a nice area District 10 in Guatemala City. Close to Oakland Mall and Fontibon Plaza both are nice, fairly upscale malls within walking distance and a cute zoo not too far away"
