Fantastische Lage, attraktives Haus und gut gepflegt. Komplett ausgestattet in der Küche. Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Bach ist ein wunderbarer Zen-Ort für eine Tasse Kaffee oder ein gutes Buch. Einziger Nachteil war der Nachbar, der jeden Abend stundenlang seinen Rasen mähte. Dadurch wurde das Essen im Freien jeden Abend durch Lärmbelästigung gestört.

Na wat zoeken want het adres route de la statte is nergens bekend iets eerder gearriveerd na overleg met de eigenaar. Het is een mooi huis met alle ruimte eromheen. Wandelroute staart om de hoek. Ideaal. Als het weer ook mee gaat werken kunnen we echt genieten.

Overordnet et dejligt sted, Indtjekningen var glat, og huset var rent, da vi ankom, Grillen på terrassen gjorde vores aftener fantastiske, Bare en heads up, supermarkedet er en smule langt væk, hvis du løber tør for snacks, Men hey, skoven i nærheden er perfekt til nogle vandreture!

Sublieme ligging , naast riviertje , naast wandelpaden en met zeer mooie natuurlijke tuin . De meeste dingen die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig . De woning is modern ingericht , maar de Ardeense sfeer komt via de talrijke ramen binnen ! We verbleven er zeer graag .

Het huis is groot en comfortabel, maar niet erg handig ingedeeld. Omgeving is prachtig, mooie wandelingen beginnen voor de deur. Er wordt een flinke borg gevraagd, waarbij we lang moesten wachten tot deze terugkwam. Communicatie hierover met de verhuurder vond ik onprettig. Huur is exclusief alle overige kosten (elektra, water, olie, brandhout), gezien het huis wordt verwarmd met olie lopen die kosten flink op. Bij mooi weer lijkt de tuin me ook heerlijk.

Mooi huis. Alle gerief aanwezig. Ideaal gelegen naast een riviertje. Mooie grote tuin. Alleen de barbecue kon beter, is waarschijnlijk een afdankertje van de familie. Valt bijna uit elkaar als je hem op neemt. Bij nader inzien valt hij, niet bijna, maar zeker uit elkaar.

Prachtig huisje in de midden van de natuur. Zeer gezellig onder andere door de rivier die naast het huis loopt en het haardvuur. Wandeling van 10km door de bossen vlakbij. Ideaal om te genieten van de rust en de natuur! Niet twijfelen!

We verbleven een tweede maal in het vakantiehuis. Mooi huis, grote slaapkamers met goede bedden. In de keuken is alles aanwezig . Mooie grote tuin en fantastische omgeving om te wandelen. Het was een topweekend met zomers weer.

Mooie ligging. Mooie tuin en vlakbij beekje. Wandelroutes starten achter 't huis. Lekker gebbqt in de tuin. Goede matrassen. Huistijger die je wat te eten geeft 😊. Ideaal voor 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen en eventueel 1 kleiner kind (bed erbij op ouder slaapkamer). Niet in 1x gevonden, maar is toch goed gekomen. Ook zijn wandelroutes niet helemaal duidelijk (risico dat je met kids per ongeluk een te lange route kiest).

Das Haus ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber, sehr zum Wohlfühlen. Es liegt auf einem großen Grundstück direkt an der Statte (Flüsschen) und an einem daran entlangführenden Wanderweg durch den Wald. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit 9 erw. Personen dort. Eine Person hatte allerdings als Schlafstätte ein Zustellbett.

Gewoonweg prachtig huis in heel mooie natuur gelegen. Echt een aanrader. We zijn heel goed opgevangen door de eigenaar die bij aankomst al aanwezig was. Goede uitleg gekregen.
