" The property location is bang within the town, which makes it convenient for a lazy stroll down the spiralling roads to the market areas in the evenings. The property was very well maintained and the staff were very polite and helpful. The food was good and so was the spa. Since it was our first time there we enjoyed thoroughly. Since we went during the pre monsoon time it was mostly foggy and it made difficult and pointless to venture out to view points where the views would be obscured because of weather. We spent most our time lasting in the property and those occasional walk down to the market and we truly enjoyed. "

"Wonderful hotel, spacious premium rooms, great buffet breakfast. Our only issue was the function below our room with a very loud band that reverberated throughout the entire hotel until around 10pm. The management, however, accommodated us the best they could, and i would easily return to stay again. "

Gave some suggestions and feed back to the general manager who was very appreciative of the constructive feed back. Passion of the staff to serve customers is unparalleled and trickles down from the leadership of Debarya, who seems to talk about the resort like it's his baby.
