Our problem was only fixed the last night of our stay when Miss Hadjer corrected the issue and moved us to a very nice room with no smoke. Had she been working the day we first encountered the problem, perhaps we would not have had such a horrible experience. On a positive note, all security staff were very professional and pleasant. But, overall, if something as simple as a non-smoking room request cannot be accomplished, that ruins the whole stay and even impacts the health of the whole family. We will never stay there again. "
