"We stayed at Riu Palace Tropical Bay for 7 days as a family of four with our 6-year-old and 3-year-old, and we had such an amazing experience! It was exactly the relaxing family vacation we needed. The resort was beautiful, extremely clean, and had everything we needed.
The staff truly made our stay even better. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was always clean and comfortable, and the entire property was very well maintained.
The beach was absolutely breathtaking—the beautiful clear water, soft sand, and sunsets were some of our favorite parts of the trip. We also loved that there were plenty of activities for both kids and adults throughout the day, so there was always something to do when we wanted it.
The food was very good with plenty of variety, and everything felt fresh and clean. With younger children, we personally found the buffet to be much easier than making reservations at the restaurants. Little ones aren’t always patient enough for a longer sit-down dinner, and the buffet gave us so many choices while keeping things easy and relaxed.
Even the gift shop was incredibly convenient. They had everything from snacks and souvenirs to sunscreen, medicine, goggles, floaters, and children’s life vests—so if you forgot something, chances are they had it.
Overall, we were more than satisfied with our stay. We were able to relax, enjoy beautiful weather, spend quality time together, and make some amazing family memories."
