Camino Real Veracruz

"Dear Hotel Management I would like to share my experience during my recent stay at Camino Real Veracruz. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the level of service and some of the facilities, especially because I was expecting to enjoy a relaxing vacatio. First the elevators were not working properly, which made getting around the hotel inconvenient. In addition, the access to the beach was very concerning. The ladder leading to the beach appeared to be in very poor condition and almost broken, which made it difficult and uncomfortable to use. I will also like to mention the restaurant. Although the staff member were very frendly and kind, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The meals did not meet the standard I expected from a hotel of this type, and there was a noticeable lack of quality and variety. My experience with the front desk was also frustrating. I requested a hair dryer, but it took approximately 30 minutes for the first one to arrive. UnfortunUnfortunately, ately, it was not working properly, So I requested another one. The second hair dryer was never brought to my room. I eventually had to go downstairs myself to get it. This left me feeling that my request had not been taken seriously. When people go on vacation, they want to relax and enjoy every moment without having to deal with these kinds of inconveniences."

"It was an excellent stay! If you ask at the reception, you can have your room cleaned early... The food is excellent! They have a jet of water in the pool just great! If you walk through an always cleaned tunnel you can access the beach... We come every year for the triathlon and we will never change this hotel.. Always great stay!"

"Convenient location and a fantastic breakfast! However, the entrance is slightly tricky to find at first. Keep in mind that only the main plaza elevators reach the hotel, so expect brief delays during busy times."

"Todo muy bien como siempre, Dos detalles a mejorar, la atención de alimentos en la alberca, pedí un par de alimentos y tardaron 40 minutos no había ocupación en el restaurante y aún así tardaron, y el otro tema fue las toallas en la habitación solo me dieron 3 siempre colaban 4 de acuerdo al número de huéspedes"
