"We were disappointed at check-in - we knew we were early but the initial greeting at front desk was not pleasant. He said check-in was at 4:00. We asked if we could be texted or called when a room was available. He said no and initially told us there was no space to store our bags. We have stayed at embassy suites numerous times and always enjoyed friendly greetings. Not sure if we will do Embassy Suites again. "

"The room was sprayed with so much scent spray that I could not breathe without coughing I had to sleep with the window open. My eyes were tearing from the smell. I told the front desk and they said they would let the manager know. When I spoke to the manager as I was checking out she claimed to have no idea of the issue. Clearly, there was an issue in that room that the maids attempted to cover up with the toxic scent."

However Loud Early morning construction woke my husband and i up at something like 730am! Would've been nice to get a heads up the day before. "
