This is a beautiful vacation home. Very clean and spacious and the kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. Lovely porch and backyard area with games for the family to play. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Our stay was nice and comfortable. We considering rent this property in the future.If you have an option to bring you own portable grill, do it. The one that property offers, is not a grill it just metal box that does't cook anything.

We visit Juniata college & this rental is so nice. It has plenty of space & rooms. It’s very clean. The home has a fenced in yard for pets and the owner is very easy to work with for anything. We love this place!!

Went to Raystown Lake area to visit the nearby University. This rental perfectly suited our needs for the weekend! We had a cleaning issue, but our host quickly addressed the issue. We would stay again if we’re in the area.

Lovely pastoral setting and meticulously clean house. Owner has made it extremely comfortable and organized for your every need. We slept well and enjoyed our short stay together in such a peaceful setting. Highly recommend.

Great property- comfortable, very well organized and well stocked. Clean and bright. Dave is excellent with communications and support to his guests. Nice fenced yard for the dog. Close to lake, allegrippis trails and Huntingdon, perfect for visiting kids at Juniata. Highly recommended.

Very nice home. well equip,labeled,clean we really enjoyed our stay. we go to lake every day use seven points marina we come to Rays town every August this was one of the nicest houses we stayed at. this owner knows how to be a good rental landlord for vacationers.

Great location Raystown Lake

Just got back from a 4 night stay here. Great location to the lake. My Grandson loves to fish and caught a nice bass down at the cove down the road. Drive to Seven Points marina was quick. Really enjoyed the house which was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has more than everything you need. Nice deck and yard. Will definitely stay there again if we return to the lake.

Fantastic Lake House

Everything about the stay was great. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and their was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The deck and backyard were very nice too. Dave, the property owner, was extremely helpful and responsive. It's a short walk to the water, and a short drive to the marina/main body lake. The property is also nice and private/quiet. Definitely a great time!

Perfect all around

Sunny Acres was a perfect place for a family getaway. The location was half way between the East and West sides of the state where our family live. The house was clean, the amenities were great, plenty of privacy and space for the dog and boat. The house had plenty of options for whole family activities yet had plenty of places to be alone and enjoy some "me time". We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back to Sunny Acres again.

Sunny Acres has it all!

This home has so many conveniences, very well organized and clean. So many places to relax. Family room has puzzles and games to enjoy when you come back from your day at the lake. We cooked dinner everyday and the kitchen is extremely well stocked and labeled. Also used the outdoor propane grill and enjoyed nights at the fire pit. What a great vacation rental!

Beautiful house

Located on a secluded property with room for dogs to roam. Water access was a short walk. Beautiful spacious home. Communication with owner was A+. Has everything you need. Recommendation would be an outdoor plug to charge boat, the outdoor barn plug did not work. Would highly recommend!

A Perfect Getaway

Sunny Acres is a beautiful property. The amenities were great, and we appreciated the attention to detail. Everything was labeled and easy to find. Our dogs loved the backyard. We stayed here for Penn State graduation. It's only about an hour from State College. The weather was terrible, so we plan to come back sometime in the future. There are so many outdoor activities to do near Raystown Lake. Thank you, David and Sunny!

Perfection

This is our second time to the Raystown Lake area, but our first at Sunny Acres. This home far exceeded our expectations. The house itself was very clean and well stocked, the owner thought of everything you could need. Our corgi LOVED the fenced in yard, while we relaxed on the comfortable deck!
