"Interesting hotel that is somewhat an extended stay. Way too much over-communication on the check-in process, to the point I was getting 6-10 push notifications a day. One night, someone was doing laundry until 3am that sounded like a diesel truck idling in the hallway. All that being said, it's a new hotel, and was inexpensive, and was a comfortable sleep otherwise. "

"The girl at the front desk was not the most helpful or pleasant. We booked 2 rooms with Expedia and only had one room in the computer. Instead of trying to help us understand what happened and resolve the problem she just simply made us purchase another room and be off. I have to say it is a very clean hotel and the rooms are beautiful. So the front desk was the only bad part. She needed to be a lot more friendly and more helpful with the situation. Because of this misunderstanding with the rooms I don’t think I will go back but you never know. "

"Great stay for an event at Grand Casino Arena. Quick and safe walk! Clean. Breakfast was amazing. Wish they had a hot tub, but hat didn't detract from our overall relaxing stay. Staff (including valet) was polite and helpful."

"The staff was above and beyond at the front desk and the shuttle driver was amazing! Wonderful breakfast options. Clean pool with a great hot tub, actually hot and good jets. Our room was clean and quiet. Parking was in secured area and seemed safer than other places I have been. Only slight complaint- no draft beer at the bar, decent canned/bottled selection though. "
