10/10 Excellent

"The stay was very nice and clean and the staff was very personal yet professional. The issue was the lack of indoor seating for breakfast, outdoor seating is provided as well but the amount of yellow jackets made it impossible to eat out there. Besides that the stay was a delight!"

"My unit was a 1 BedRoom. The kitchen was as advertised, plus a full assortment of dishes (for 4 people), glassware, silverware, assorted pots and pans, a nice a big capacity blender. Fridge was of a decent size. Microwave. Not convenetional oven or dishwasher. But really did not miss either. If you had a family of 4, it would be perfect size and capacity. Bathroom--really nice jetted soaking tub in addition to a separate shower. Kingbed--very comforable with nice bedding. Noise--the units are two to a building. Next door, I could hear some screaming loud kids up until 23:30 (11:30 pm for civilians) only occassioanlly punctuated by shouting adult voices. Was not pleasant. SO I put in ear plugs and went to sleep. Point is--the walls are a bit thin, so keep in mind if your kids are the perpetrators, or you yourself are a bit noise sentsitive. Nice pools for the kids. But might want to bring a set of towels from your room as both times the pool I went to and the nice mini-gym ran out of thre advertised towels. Property is well cared for and clean, well-lit, and safe. You will love it."

"Overall experience was positive. We stayed 4 days. The breakfast was good. We liked the outdoor pool and the facility was clean. Only minor complaint was the housekeeping staff. We never had conditioner in our bathroom. And on some days, not all of the items were refilled. I had a makeup wipe on the first day but never again. And on the last day we didn’t have a bath mat towel and they didn’t refill the bag in the ice bucket. I never said anything to the management so that’s on me. I did use the last of our box of tissues and the front office staff gave me two boxes promptly. Location was great and the staff was very nice. I would stay here again."

"We loved the lazy river, and the resort overall was safe, clean, and relaxing. We were just in town for two night but would definitely come again. The staff was lovely and checked in frequently. We noticed a few things were in a disrepair in the hotel room - I believe they would have fixed them if we had asked but we were short on time."

"The stay was wonderful and the breakfast was a hit with the kids. The staff (front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with their knowledge of the area. The only thing that could have been improved on was the hot tub had way too much chlorine and it made our eyes burn so bad we couldn’t stay to enjoy. Overall, wonderful stay."
