Unique Hexagon Cottage Atop Marina · Boat Parking · 3 En Suite Baths · Pets okay
10/10 Excellent
"The cottage is in a really nice neighborhood and was very clean. Boat parking was excellent and lake access was only a few minutes away. We used the Lilly Creek boat launch area. During the middle of the week, we had the area almost to ourselves. A new restaurant in the area called Timber Pointe Tavern served excellent food with good size portions at a fair price. If you are looking to eat out, this is one place that I would recommend. The available grill was much appreciated for cooking several of our evening meals. We also greatly enjoyed the fire pit area. If you sent a text to the host asking questions, you got a response very quickly, usually within 30 minutes."

"What a wonderful place to stay for our group of 14 people. The home was spotless. Suzanne has provided so much attention to detail, providing information on every inch of the house and so many nearby activities. The balcony views were breathtaking . We rented a pontoon from State Dock Marina and had a wonderful time enjoying the lake in Hammond Creek cove. Reel Java is an absolute must. The coffee, bakery, cocktails and food were all excellent. I highly recommend staying at Sunset Ridge if you need a large home to vacation in."
"Will 10/10 choose to stay here again. We absolutely loved the cabin. Loved the peacefulness and surroundings. We had the best stay here.
Easy to make contact with owners if we had a question, and they responded immediately."

Cozy 3 Bed Log Cabin at Jamestown Marina, Tucked Away in a Wooded Area #301
8/10 Good
"The cabin was not very clean. Cob webs and the vent were caked with dirt. Beds could have had another blanket on them. There was just a sheet and comforter on them. The check in process was great and so was the check out. The trash was picked up daily and towels were provided in abundance when asked for them. Very prompt shuttle service."
Located on the picturesque shores of Lake Cumberland.
8/10 Good
"The property location was great. The amount of space was perfect. The accommodations overall were good. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 16 of us and could have used a few more kitchen items such as:Rubber spatulasSmall paring knife Larger coffee mugsWine glassesI thought I would’ve mention that there are missing wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher which made it difficult to pull out and push in. One other thing I thought I would mention that might be nice is most places we have stayed at have a notebook with information in it about check in, wifi, the checkout process, and any other details about the house and/or area. We found the wifi password in the drawer and figured out the switch on the wall had to be on for the dishwasher to work. Notes about this would have been nice. We enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the number of beds and bedrooms. We also enjoyed the dining room tables as we could all sit down for thanksgiving together. It was great!"
