The place is welcoming and spacious.Found few dead insects otherwise clean.Had a pproblem with hot water but quick fix with property manager.It's 1hr 10mins from property but advertised as 30mins from there to Mt Buller.My whole family loved the stay

Location was everything, but we were let down by a number of issues with the cottage, which caused us nothing but frustration. It was tired inside and not clean enough and exterior was unkempt.
