"The property was good for the purpose we had in Jamsa but taxi service was hard to reach. We were able to walk but would have liked the option to move around easier. The room was basic and amenities were few unless you pay for them (coffee). We only saw one other couple during our stay which was unusual. Then again, it’s January on a Sunday."

"We loved our few days staying at Lokinsiipi. The cabin is gorgeous, modern, clean and the location is fantastic. It is well isolated and the lake is gorgeous. The nearby village of Mänttä had everything we needed for groceries and even a pizza. Our kids loved to sauna and swim (several times a day). Other than the mosquitos (welcome to Finland), we have zero complaints. The owner was exceptional to work with and fantastic in communicating with us. We will be back and will stay longer."

"The hosts were weary friendly and helpful. We stayed at the cottage for a week in early August and loved every moment of it. The place is well equipped, especially the kitchen, suitable for cooking and baking even. Beds are comfy. The large terrace perfect for enjoying barbecued meal whilst taking in the lake view.
