"Such a cute property with so many great places to relax and hang out. The pool was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the bikes during our stay — one of the seats wasn’t adjusted properly at first, but the staff fixed it right away when we mentioned it. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfasts were good — not extraordinary, but definitely enjoyable. They also safely stored our bags while we spent time at the beach before check-in, which we really appreciated. Excellent value for the price, and the location was perfect — easy walking distance to Jan Thiel Beach and nearby restaurants. We always felt safe walking around, even at night. Highly recommend!"

"We had a lovely time at CHOGOGO, but for a resort, some things were lacking, such as someone greeting upon arrival, bringing our bags up the stairs to our room, the lack of cleaning by housecleaning, and a few more. It was more a Airbnb vibe than a resort. But for the most part, it did not hinder the amazing time that we had. Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. PROS * Fast check-In * Attentiveness and communication of staff when issues arise * Small plunge pool and hot tubs across from the sea view apartment. * The Sea view * Fantastic breeze on patio * Streaming Apps: Netflix & YouTube * Kitchen utensils, etc * AC in the bedroom * Supermarket steps away * The Restaurant on grounds- very good CONS * Improper seating in the living room. The chairs are totally uncomfortable to sit with your spouse and watch TV. * Uncomfortable beds * No lighting for entry at night into the room * Improper lighting in the bedroom. * Housecleaning: Biggest Issue. They clean every 3 days which is great! But they just threw the towels on top of the towel rack, don’t clean anywhere. Everything was just as it was left. They only things they did were, change the towels in the bathroom and the kitchen, take out the garbage, and make up the bed. Dirty patio with bird poop. The fact that reviews complained about some of these issues and they were not addressed cause a lack of repeat customers, not good!"

"Lovely home and a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the swimming pool. Highly recommend!"

"Pool was not clean, stove burners only two worked, toilet seat was broken, pool light stayed on until we called about it, did not get proper instructions on how to operate items throughout the house (ie appliances), wifi was weak and speratic. Would not rent here again based on the price point that was paid. "
