If your looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway or a base camp. This 2 bedroom house has lots of charm and places to chill on the deck with a cup of coffee and a good book while enjoying a tranquil almost zen like garden setting and koi pond. Large upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed, fireplace and half bath with washer and dryer. Living room is great for entertaining and has a round game table perfect for playing our well stocked board games. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with zero gravity remote perfect for snuggling up with some popcorn to watch a movie. Theres also space for some air beds if needed. 15 minutes from downtown Janesville or shopping, great Saturday farmers market. Close to lots of great hiking, biking on the Ice Age trail, Kettle Moraine state park or kayaking the Turtle or Rock River.
Nice central location close to the highway if you want to explore: about 45 minutes from Madison and 20 minutes to Whitewater and Rockford. This home is set up to bring your laptop or project and focus.

It is a cozy home!
Close to restaurants, Botanical Gardens, Mini Golf. Loved the Property with the little Koi pond and little frog pond. Quiet and secluded, too.
