"The good things first. Nice and easy to find, tram right at the door and a large room with a large bed. Central location. But..... Everything appears worn and poorly maintained. For example, all the faucets were loose and parts of the fittings were missing. The attached balcony was overgrown with weeds and grass and there was also a wild tree growing there. There was no outdoor furniture or table so it was possible to use the balcony to eat on."

"Super location - close to U Bahn, but also walkable to sights in just a few minutes. Lovely outdoor terrace with a great view. Great amenities. Good restaurants close by. Would stay here again!"

"L’hébergement est très bien situé dans Berlin Mitte.Il y a 4 étages à monter à pied mais la vue depuis l’appartement est très agréable (on voit la Fernsehturm !). La cuisine manque un peu d’équipement : une poêle, une bouilloire et un micro ondes seraient bienvenus. Sinon très bien."
