"The hotel was super clean, fast and easy to get to and had a wonderful public bath. "

"The hotel was very convenient to the Shinagawa Station which is why we originally booked this stay for our group. Its a huge hotel property with multiple wings, stores, restaurants and bars. Initially it was overwhelming, but after one run from the room out to get dinner and essentials at 711 (also on site), I was really happy we booked here. There are a lot of food options in the immediate area if you want to explore and a 24/7 fitness center that had good equipment. We only stayed one night and it was fresh off a flight from the US, but I would definitely stay here again….Only downside was the room AC didnt get below 73 and we are hot sleepers. Honestly, it wouldnt stop me from staying here again, there was way more upside! "

"Some good places to eat nearby and convenient tube and transport options a few minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was really good and the rooms, whilst a little small had everything we needed. "
