Waterfront property w/ private pool .amazing back deck to sit and water gaze!!

PARTY BARGES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST Come stay lakefront at Bikini Bottom with your own private pool! Excellent location on the "island-side" of False River. You'll be about 400 yards from Bueche's Bar & Grill and just a couple miles from L.A. Express Boat Landing. Come relax on our large decks right on the water.
Our red-roofed, waterfront camp has a spacious open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large back deck, a pier, and a private pool. It also includes an add-on lounge area perfect for football games or relaxing with friends.

Indoor area:
Kitchen - fully equipped with a blender, slow cooker, cooking utensils, dishes, serving trays, a microwave, toaster, a fridge, stove/oven, and a coffee area. It also has a large island -- with 2 barstools -- that opens to the living room.
Living Room - a spacious area with sofa and large chair , tv, fireplace, a coffee table, rug, and windows with a view of the water.
Mud Room - extending off of the kitchen and living room, this extra mudroom leads to the large outdoor deck area.
Dining Room - 8 person dining table and bar area with wine and cocktail glasses
Master Bedroom - comes with a king sized bed lots of shelving for clothing storage, and its own private bathroom
Master Bathroom - has a stand-up shower, private toilet room, and double sinks.
Bedroom 2- queen bed
Bedroom 3 - queen bed
Bedroom 4- full bed
Outdoor area:
Private pool - gated in-ground pool located between the main house and outhouse.

Extended one month stay

Loved everything about this house. Everything was perfect for us working in the area. loved the view of the water right out the back porch which was beautiful as well. Peaceful, quiet, and an overall great stay. Plenty of room for all three of us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and inviting. We were visited by nice neighbors including a couple of birds and a mink. Air Conditioner wasn’t cooling when we arrived, but a service tech came out quickly and fixed the issue. Hosts were quick to help and also followed up the next morning. We recommend staying here.

We stayed a week. Had a ball with the family. The pool was a big hit with the little ones and the adults because it was HOT! The pier and patio were exactly what we needed. We caught a lot of fish and enjoyed relaxing. We look forward to renting again

Perfect stay for long weekend

We had a great stay at Bikini bottom on false river. The property was as described in the listing, Claire was on the ball with communication via text. Check in/out was a breeze. What a great view of the lake from the awesome deck/dock. Just an excellent stay which was out of the way of the chaos of LSU campus. Very peaceful. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit our Tiger!

Wonderful

A few of us girlfriends got tiger for the weekend and had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The four bedrooms all had comfortable beds & pillows. The outdoor patio was very large to accommodate date a big group. I recommend this rental.

Fun times

Stay was very comfortable. Beds slept well. Bathroom well stocked. Kitchen had more than ample dishes and a decent stock of supplies. Have to use a little patience with the stove. The master shower could use a shower curtain as the water splashed onto the bedroom floor. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable 5 days.

We had the absolute best time at this waterfront property in Jarreau. We typically take a beach trip this time of the year, but because of our new addition ,(daughter born in May), we needed something a little easier. We stayed here for our sons 12th birthday celebration with our friends. If you’re tired of your kids staying inside, eyes glued to their devices, this is the place to take them! They were in the water morning to night. Whether it was the pool, jumping off the dock or tubing on the boat we rented. Also, the boat rental place is just a 5 minute drive down the road. The rooms were so large and the master suite was truly an oasis. The kids even had their own game room to hang out in. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great time, but . . .

Accessing the property was a breeze. Unfortunately, two things were very problematic for us: 1 - the pool remained green the entire time; the second day someone came to add chemicals; however, too little too late and we had booked two-three weeks in advance so not a surprise to have guests. 2 - the bar-b-que pit was filthy. The deck and seating/eating area outside was lovely but we had to scour the pit and burn off before we could grill. The pier and deck were nice and enjoyable; the water pad was great fun and a nice addition. The two lounge chairs on the pier had many holes which made sitting in them very uncomfortable; so that left just the swing - a nice addition - and one chair! The camp can accommodate more folks than we had so a good place for large families; four bedrooms and two baths with two large rooms for tv, games, etc.

False River Stay Aug

Property not what we expected …a double wide older trailer! No good views of river from inside trailer! Bedrooms n baths were clean .. The rest of camp not so much …Kitchen needs to be better appointed . Stove oven , refrigerator n garbage can needs a good cleaning . Some inside n outside furniture soiled with bird feces ( birds nesting in chimney can get into camp ) found several dirt dauber nests on furniture … had to cover furniture with beach towels to sit on … no good sitting areas to relax outside .. patio n pier areas dangerous n too many steps … barbecue pit too dirty to use n outside sink full of mold n bird feces … Found used condoms on long unfinished river pier ! Place probably rented out too much for large parties seems to be neglected , over used and needs a good over all clean up !

We had a ball with our family in town from Boston. The lake was not busy and the house fit our needs to a T! We had 3 boys that lived it up between the lake and the pool. This house is a perfect place as there are multiple places for people to spread out. Location is amazing as well!

Fun River home

We enjoyed the pool so much. Caught a lot of sun but it was nice to have water on those hot humid days. This is a very nice home and I’m glad we rented it for the week! Our friends who rented around us came to our place to hang out we had cookouts on the great deck with plenty of room for everyone. We had plenty of room for all of us that were staying there. The bathrooms were nice.
