"The ladder which which let the user to climb up to the upper level of the2 level bunk bed was broken. The owner didn’t even try to fix the screw. We booked 2 room. And we had to sleep on the floor in these roomS. Please don’t list this property if those ladders are not fixed or YOU JUST WANT TO CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS,"

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."

"The apparent was perfectly located for my area of interest, but also it is a good base to visit and discover the city. It corresponds to the description and the owner communication is punctual and exhaustive… now, I have only to find when I could come back :-) "

"The space was clean, spacious, quiet, and had lots of amenities. Close to The HEL airport, and was easy to check into. Quickly responded to my emails and had clear instructions for check-in and check-out."

"Sijainti oli loistava. Rakennus uusi ja hyväkuntoinen. Maisema parvekkeelta oli fantastinen. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli monimutkainen (tekniikka ei toiminut ulko-ovella). "First of all we did not really stay at this place but got redirected to another property because the rooms we booked were under renovation. This hostel is located quite far from the city center and we were redirected to one quite close to the center - why did they not inform us of this beforehand? What's more, transport was not provided and we had to make our way to the other hostel ourselves. From what we did see of cheapsleeps, it was noisy and full of men. Definitely avoid if you're a female...

"The appartement was clean and fine to come into. It is a cozy place, just as it gets described. I do think though, that the bathroom is extremly little, and this it not to be seen in the pictures. The bed under the ceiling is a kingsize matraze, but it is placed far too close to the loft. This is not a plus. The ladder to get up to the bed is made in a way, that it is close to Stand in a negative angel and difficult to climb up. Handles on its side are missing. You definitly has to be a...

"We stayed here the day before our flight back to Australia. Great shuttle service, only 10 minutes or less to airport. Walked up to the Jumbo shopping centre, around easy 15 minute walk. Clean compact room. Great shower. I would stay here again . "

"Ideal for our needs. A little more time for breakfast on weekdays would be good. We were glad of the late breakfast till 11 am on the Sunday but despite the breakfast room being very busy the staff were determinedly clearing away a lot of the food and milk we needed at 10 30 as we arrived which was not exactly welcoming...as my partner needed milk for his special diet ( he cannot eat solid food and relies on powdered milkshakes) and had to ask staff to bring some milk back as it has all been taken away . We ve otherwise had a great trip to Finland and enjoyed Sokos hotel hospitality 100% in the past so felt we should give you this feedback . We love the Finnish commitment to tidiness and cleanliness but this just went a little too far! "

"I was skeptical at first, but this hotel turned out to be perfect for our overnight stay. Free airport shuttle, surprisingly good breakfast, and a clean, comfy (though small) room. I had a late-night Caesar salad from the restaurant that was delicious. The location is great too just a 15-minute walk to the Jumbo mall. Best of all, when I forgot my phone at the lobby, the staff made sure it reached me at the airport right away. Excellent service!"
