"The host was very pleasant and quick to respond to our questions. The cottage was very clean. We have a very large dog and she was welcomed without any issue . Turkey Point is 2 hours from Brampton so not a problem getting there. The view from our sitting room was absolutely beach inviting. "Me and my friends came here for a girls weekend away and we had the absolute best time here. Lynnee made sure we were treated like royalty during our time here. The breakfast was delicious we are still thinking about it. The place was so thoughtfully decorated, we especially loved the library as we spent some time reading there. We cannot wait to come back and experience this magical place again. We really felt this was the best escape from the city for a few days."

"My wife and I stayed 3 days. The room and bathroom were very clean, the shower was spacious with good water pressure and a wand! The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were clean and white. The staff were courteous, friendly and accommodating. (we extended our stay twice!) The grounds were well kept. The room could have used a rack or bar to hang clothing, a second bedside table, and a small shelf/place in the shower for toiletries but these were small inconveniences compared to the overall value for the comfort and price! We will definitely book again (availability permitting) the next time we are staying in Brantford. This property provides solid value for the price point."

"We had a great stay at the Lodge overall. It was very clean, well-maintained, and the host was excellent with communication throughout our trip. The property had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the backyard fire pit. We also appreciated that it was pet-friendly and had air conditioning.There were a couple of things worth noting for future guests. The Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable during our stay, and because the lodge is located just off a major road, there is consistent traffic noise. The air conditioning is provided by a window unit, which kept the main area comfortable, but the bedrooms could still get quite warm despite the overhead fans.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a comfortable place for our vacation. If the road noise and warmer bedrooms aren’t deal-breakers for you, it’s a great option with a responsive host and a clean, welcoming space."

"A lovely stay. Was clean and private and the host saw to all our needs. Tips for the next guests, no need to bring additional dishes. There are cards and games on site. Extra chairs, pots and pans for the bbq, a few rolls of toilet paper. The lot itself is very sandy so bring shoes you dont mind getting sandy. Overall we were pleased with our stay!"
