Luxury villa Adelinda is located in a small village Maslenica near the urban centre of Zadar in Northern Dalmatia. Just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, this comfortable villa will provide you the perfect dream holiday.



Villa Adelinda of 107 m2 is decorated in a contemporary style and spreads over two floors. The maximum capacity of the villa is for a total of 8 people. The villa has 3 modernly decorated and air-conditioned rooms located on the second floor overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea. One of the rooms has ensuite bathroom, and on the upper floor there is another bathroom available. Two rooms have double beds and one has two single beds. There is also one extra bed in one room and a sofa bed in the living room.



On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a glass wall and access to a large terrace with pool. In the openly designed interior, next to the living room there is a modern kitchen and dining room, office corner and additional toilet.



In the yard of the villa next to the heated pool of 32 m2 there are 8 deck chairs, a spacious sun deck, a fully equipped pool house and a children's larch playground with a slide, swing and a small house with additional bathroom. Inside the completely fenced yard there are 3 parking spaces available.



Just a few minutes pleasant walk away is the beautiful rocky beach Tratarica where you will experience all the charms of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. For all those who enjoy adrenaline adventures, on the 56 m high Maslenica bridge you can try a bungee jumping experience.



In the vicinity of Maslenica there are many other interesting places with many summers entertainment events. For example, on the nearby island of Pag, in addition to an interesting landscape and historical monuments, you will find one of the most famous party beaches in Croatia - Zrće, known as the Croatian Ibiza.



For all those who enjoy more romantic walks and exploring historical antiquities, nearby is the royal town of Nin, whose streets still bear a trace of some past times. Do not miss to visit the church of St. Cross, the smallest cathedral in the world that is specific in its architecture in tune with the natural rhythm of the seasons.
