"Terrible! When I arrived I was told that my booking didn’t exist and I would have to pay for a new one… even though I paid Expedia. Then I was informed that they don’t do bookings for longer than 2 days anyway. Plus Expedia are now refusing to refund me since I had to pay for a different hotel. "The area is around the shopping area, close to many places. Staff are very friendly. However the rooms are dirty with no windows. I booked the place because of the convenience to go around town, however I stayed for only one day and had to leave.
