"This is a lovely tranquil oasis outside of town. I enjoyed it very much, but they need to pay a bit more attention to maintenance. The jets in my tub did not work, the wooden roll up shade on the door out to my patio would not roll up all the way, my patio had not been swept, and I could only take a bath, not a shower, because the handle on the shower fixture was broken."

"Perfect location and very generous in size. Minor problems with blocked toilets sorted very quickly by management company. Stunning views and close to supermarket, beach and restaurants. Traditional decoration, just needs a bit of updating in places and would benefit from air con in all bedrooms. However, we would recommend this villa and would stay again. "

"Great location, not a noisy area, and close to supermarket and a couple of restaurants. Short 5 min drive to beach and Moraira. Moraira a lovely little seaside town. Wi-fi wasn’t working at first but John, the maintenance man was excellent and organised for someone to come out to fix it quickly. Wi-fi better near the router. Villa not modern, apart from the downstairs bathroom, but fine- clean, and attractive looking. Downstairs stayed nice and cool with the stone floor, white walls, window shutters in most rooms, fans, air con in lounge areas. We weren’t overly hot in 29/30 degree heat. Lovely pool which was maintained regularly, lots of outside space all around the villa. Table tennis table and equipment was a nice extra. We found some yoga mats and a parasol in the wardrobe, that we used on the beach, and people have left books and suncream in the lounge cupboard for others to use. Also some condiments in the kitchen cupboard, plus foil, washing liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc that we found useful. Some equipment could do with being updated- kitchen utensils and cutlery for instance. John bought us some new bowls as we couldn’t find many and bought us a new coffee machine as the one in the villa looked pretty new but didn’t work. He was always responsive and helpful whenever we contacted him, but we only needed to at the start of the holiday.All in all, the villa wasn’t perfect, but very nice and we would gladly holiday there again."

"The property was excellent and even better than the pictures provided.The outside area was the stand out point with various areas to relax or sunbathe. The pool being the highlight which is a great size (could do with being colder).The only minor comment would be that the separate apartment area needs a little more furniture make it feel even more comfortable so perhaps another sofa or rattan furniture set to sit."

"This property is a great base for exploring Moraira and the surrounding area.Our host Renlid was wonderful. Communication was great from start to finish and her villa is lovely.You will need a vehicle to get around because the villa is in a quiet location which was perfect for us.There are lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas and the beaches are fabulous.If you are looking for a well equipped, private, and peaceful villa in the Moraira area, we can whole heartedly recommend this place."

"Just returned from three lovely weeks at this beautiful villa. We were sorry to leave. The villa is beautiful, with amazing views. The kitchen is impressively equipped, with more than enough equipment. All was very clean and comfortable. Lovely pool. The maintenance manager (Nicholas) was so helpful when we had a few issues. Only suggestions for improvement we have; it would be helpful if we had been given the key code number when collecting the keys and a larger TV would have been nice. "
