- Charming apartment in residential area. Located on ground floor with private garden of 70 meters, faces the sea of rocks (1 minute walk) and less than 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach, El Arenal, and area restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, leisure, ... It consists of 1 double room and has a capacity for four people (has 2 extra beds in the lounge). It has internet (wifi), TV lounge and one in bedroom, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, iron, ceramic, heating, ceiling fans and stereo. Own garage in urbanization. Tennis Court. Two public pools, one for adults and one for children. The apartment is equipped with linens, utensils for the kitchen, towels and table games. Cleaning included in the rental price. The apartment is located on Avenida de Ultramar, parallel to the sea in front. Bus stop on the avenue itself and taxis within five minutes walk. Very well connected and easily accessible.
