The spacious open-plan living and dining room offers cosy seating and a dining area with views of the pool and lawn. Step out from the living room onto the large covered terrace; the perfect spot for dining al fresco or watching the sunset with a cool aperitif in hand.



Just 10 minutes by car from Arenal's sandy beach and only 5 km from Jávea's 9-hole golf course, the location could not be better.



JH loves the beautiful pool area and gardens, as well as the spacious interior layout.



Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that entry is not permitted for groups of people under 25 years old on this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or minors when accompanied by adults who are also staying on the property. If you are under the minimum required age and proceed to confirm the booking anyway, you will be denied entry to the property upon arrival and will lose any right to a refund.

2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, with a duration of more than 31 nights, receive a special discounted rate and do NOT include utility bills such as electricity and water or weekly bed linen changes. Utility consumption will be paid upon departure.



For stays exceeding 10 days, as required by Spanish law, it will be necessary to sign a Non-Habitual or Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Fabulous Stay

We loved this villa. We stayed for 5 weeks over the winter and wished we could have stayed longer. It is very well equipped for a long or short stay at any time of the year. We were lucky to have lovely weather and enjoyed a couple of bbq’s and afternoons relaxing by the pool. There was some construction next door, which we’d been informed about before booking but we hardly noticed it. The Villa is a little bit out of town, so you do need a car to get in but there are a couple of restaurants within a 20mins walk or so. The team at Javea Holidays were excellent. Everyone we spoke to was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you to Matt, Jamie and your team for a really enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning again next year! Especially after returning to the snow back home!! Nothing to improve!
