Duplex Penthouse near El Arenal

Bright duplex penthouse on the first line of Javea beach. The apartment has a capacity for 6 people and air conditioning (hot / cold) centralized in all rooms and free wifi. You will not spend any heat in summer or cold in winter. It has 2 rooms with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. It has 3 terraces, you can see sunrise and sunset from them, two of them have views of the sea and another to the mountain of Montgó and the end of San Antonio. Do not worry if you have your flight in the afternoon. Speak with us!. We will reserve that day free for you. You can take advantage of those last hours in the sun of Jávea!
It is very spacious, on the first floor has a large dining room with comfortable chairs and a table where you can eat 6 people comfortably, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make you feel at home, another small room with a table and a large terrace. On this floor there are 1 room with 2 single beds, another room with double bed and a bathroom.

On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom with complete bathroom insuite and a large terrace with sea views. Leaving the room you have another terrace with views of the Montgó mountain and the Cabo de San Antonio from where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset.

The urbanization "Jávea Mar" has direct access to the beach of Muntanyar I which is just 20 meters from the entrance and about 800 meters from the only sandy beach of Jávea, El Arenal beach. In the same Avenida del Mediterraneo you can find numerous restaurants of all kinds and only 700 m away a Mercadona supermarket where you can buy everything you need to enjoy a holiday in Jávea :)

We spent a wonderful 7 nights at this penthouse. The accommodation was very private, secure and in a quiet residential area very close to Arenal beach and the promenade. The pool is perfect after a walk. Diana was very welcoming, and easy to chat to about anything we needed to know. We really enjoyed Javea in this perfect spot. We would definitely stay here if we come back again.

Property was spacious and clean, sofas could have been more comfortable. No cushions for sunloungers. Would have help if instruction manuals for kitchen appliances were available. Beds comfortable. Overall ok for the time of year.

We had a great family holiday with our 11 month old son. The pictures do the place justice. The terrace off the kitchen had a lovely sea view (as in the pictures) which was great in the evenings while our baby slept. The apartment is very comfortable with great amenities, especially the kitchen which is well equipped. The AC was also very good which was helpful for our young baby to sleep. We loved the pool. There are sunbed and benches to sit under the umbrellas. It is shared with the whole complex but we never found it busy (and we were there in mid July). The location of the apartment is perfect. The port / old town Javea and el Arenal are both about a 15 mins walk either direction. The beach across the street from the apartment is rocky, but we enjoyed having breakfast at the beach club La Siesta about 5 mins walk away and spending the morning there (the beach club area is sandy). We also enjoyed a late afternoon G&T at the chiringuito La Valeta on the way home from el Arenal. We also had a great tapas lunch at Amarre tapas just next door - very good sea food. Wifi worked well!

L emplacement est idéal, ou chacun à trouver son rythme,les ados pouvez aller a la plage seuls, ce qui laissait du temps aux parents pour faire du sport , tout pouvait se faire à pied ,courses , restaurant ect... Seul bémol,pas assez de verres ,de plats,et canapés vétustes et tachés.(.), lampadaires troués et tachés également , dommage par rapport au prix de la location,nous nous attendions à de meilleurs prestations.

This apartment was amazing, about half way between old town and the Arenal. Stunning views from every terrace and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was even a great Mercadona a short walk away. Can’t wait to go back.

The location is perfectly situated between the the Port and the Arenal. 15mins each way. The apartment was more than big enough for us (2 adults and 2 teenage children). The main terrace fitted 2 sun beds on easily and it’s also a great sun trap. Everything was there that we needed. Our arrival was stress free. Diana and Alan were on hand for any information and very friendly. All in all this added to our trip to Javea being even better. Thank you

A perfect large apartment in a wonderful location. Absolutely loads of space, the balconies offer sun for the whole day with a fab view of the sea. Very spacious layout inside, great master bedroom with giant queen bed which is really comfortable. Nice pool too. A top location close to the beach/bars/restaurants of Arenal & also an easy walk to the port area. Super supermarket also only 5 minutes walk from rear entrance.

Nice apartment, it has an amazing terrace with a great view! We loved to drink our morning coffee with sea view. The location is good too - one can walk directly down to the seain the other direction to the Portthe Arenal beach. It was a fantastic base for exploring the magic and treasures all around Javea.

Our third time to Javea and first time in this property. We wanted somewhere within walking distance of the beach and god restaurants and this place definitely delivers. Really good quality accommodation with 3 separate sun terraces, so you get your choice of sunrise views across the sea and sundown either overlooking the mountain or the seafront. The pool is fab and even though we were there mid-July we had it mostly to ourselves, and when we did share the pool area the residents were really welcoming. Beach is only 10/15 mins walk away and loads of lovely restaurants along the way or in the other direction along to the port. Old town within 5/10 mins drive away. Vicente made the booking process very easy and Diana & James extremely helpful on our arrival.

We had a fabulous time at Vicente's apartment - it was our first time in Javea and it was perfectly located for us. Beautiful beaches (one even within walking distance), great local markets and wonderful food. Diana and Vicente made us feel very welcome from day one, providing us with plenty of information about the area and tips on the best beaches and coves. We particularly appreciated that we were able to arrive in the early hours of the morning after a late flight. And what more to say - thanks for the stay!. We'll definitely be back :) Nicola.

Tanto nosotros como nuestros 2 hijos disfrutamos del apartamento y de Jávea. A ellos les gustó mucho la piscina, rodeada de césped y con familias de vecinos muy amables. Para pasear puedes elegir hacia el Paseo del Puerto o hacia la playa del Arenal con su paseo marítimo. A nosotros personalmente nos gustaba más la zona del Puerto, encontramos buenos restaurantes allí y a nuestros hijos les gustaba pasear por el club naútico para ver los barcos. Nos gustó mucho también los chiringuitos de la palaya: el Montgo di Bongo y La Siesta, mucho glamour y nos sorprendió mucho que se pudiera comer allí. La gastronomía de la zona nos encantó, de hecho no cocinamos casi nada. Conocíamos la parte de Alicante pero era la primera vez que íbamos a Jávea y seguro que repetiremos el año que viene. Diana y Vicente fueron encantadores y nos proporcionaron información de la zona. Sobre todo restaurantes recomendados y calas y playas que podíamos visitar que fueron de auténtico lujo y un gran acierto. Un apartamento muy recomendado. Volveremos.
