Deceptively spacious one bedroom duplex apartment is located in the sort after urbanisation Floridamar situated within walking distance to the Port of Javea.
Floridamar boasts a stunning communal swimming pool with children's pool and separate Jacuzzi. There is also a gymnasium and heated saltwater indoor pool. The communal areas are immaculate with lawns laid around the pool area.
The apartment has a large lounge dining room with sofa bed and direct access onto a covered terrace. The kitchen is an american kitchen with breakfast bar into the lounge. A separate WC is downstairs. Upstairs is a beautifully decorated bedroom with full ensuite and direct access to a stunning terrace with views up to the old town and the La Plana turrets.
It has Air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge dining room. It has underfloor heating and is the perfect holiday destination whether it be for the winter sunshine or the summer sun.

Wij hebben heel erg genoten van het hele mooie appartement was over compleet met de inrichting .in
In een woord geweldig het appartement was perfect alles was er. Het lag in een mooie rustige wijk vlak bij de zee. We konden er zo naar toe wandelen toppie.

Appartement très agréable situé dans un ensemble immobilier bien entretenu construit autour d'une piscine et de jardins. L'appartement en duplex qui bénéficie de deux terrasses est confortable, bien équipé et très propre. L'accueil est courtois et notre contact était ponctuel lors de l'arrivée et du départ. En résumé : nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour et recommandons cette location.

La propriété est belle et très agréable, piscines, gazon, allées. L'appartement est grand et la décoration cosy. Il est très bien équipé, c'est un appartement personnel et ça se ressent, on y est vraiment bien. En plus Jayne nous laisse du savon aux lavabos, du papier WC, les basiques de cuisine en plus des draps et serviettes, ça permet de s'y installer rapidement. La météo a été parfaite fin juillet, nous avons pu manger sur le balcon tous les jours à tous les repas. Le rooftop a été très utile pour sécher les serviettes et maillots de bain en quelques minutes au soleil. La vue est belle vers les montagnes et l'arrière de la ville. Nous avons pu nous garer au pied de l'immeuble à chaque fois sans problème. La rue n'est utilisée que par les habitants de proximité, donc autant dire aucun dérangement, aucun bruit, l'appartement est très calme. Nous avons adoré la plage de l'Arenal pour les enfants et restaurant. Nous avons adoré la Cala Blanca une petite crique. Pour le snorkeling ne pas rater la plage Granadella (y aller très tôt) et la Barraca. Super séjour, nous avons adoré. Merci!
