Large, cosy, comfortable house "Flamenc". In the district of Ambolo, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the sea. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, roof terrace, central heating system. Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 7 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 5 km. Tennis 800 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Perfect

Het huisje was zoals beschreven, alles perfect in orde en proper bij aankomst. Extra handdoeken gevraagd bij Interhome en deze hebben ze vriendelijk meegegeven zonder meerprijs. De ligging van het huis is ideaal, op het einde van een zeer rustige doodlopende straat. Ik raad deze zeker aan en zou er zelf nog heel graag opnieuw naartoe willen. Geen enkel negatief punt

Wohlfühlen im Garten

wir hätten uns so sehr gewünscht während der Mittagssonne entspannt am Pool unter der Palme zu verweilen. Doch das war wegen der unzähligen Mücken, die sich im lange nicht gemähten Rasen aufhielten, nicht möglich. Auch sonst hätte ein regelmäßig gepflegter Garten viel mehr Wohlgefühl aufkommen lassen können. Der Gärtner kam 1 Mal, um einige Palmblätter zu entfernen. Der Poolmann kam unregelmäßig, sodass wir 3 Tage kein Chlor im Pool hatten, am Vortag unserer Abreise gab es dann 4 Tabs!?

La maison est tout à fait conforme au descriptif, au calme et très agréable. Superbe toit terrasse avec vue jusqu'à la mer dont l'accès est minimum à 20 mn de voiture. Même si se garer dans la rue n'est pas problématique, une seule voiture pour la parking. Équipements électroménagers standards présents. Par contre, l'agence traite ses clients comme des dossiers, aucune personnalisation, aucun information. ...

EN SI CREO QUE LO QUE SE PUEDE MEJORAR Y MUCHO SON LOS SERVICIOS BRINDADOS POR LA INMOBILIARIA. POR EJEMPLO NO HABÍA PRACTICAMENTE NADA PARA PODER LIMPIAR, SOLO UN FREGASUELO QUE LO MAS PROBABLE LO DEJARA EL INQUILINO ANTERIOR, PARA EL BAÑO NO HABIA NADA,EL KIT QUE DEJAN PARA LA VAJILLA ES SUPER POBRE. LAS TOALLAS MUY JUSTAS YA QUE DEBERIAN BRINDAR ALGUNAS DE PISCINA YA QUE LA CASA LA TIENE. LA TV SIN CANALES EN ESPAÑOL. LA PISCINA LUEGO DE 5 DIAS EL AGUA ESTABA MAL, DEBERIAN IR A CONTROLAR ESO.

Séjour très agréable

Maison très agréable, le jardin y est magnifique.L'environnement est calme, la piscine est bien entretenue. Peu d ‘éclairage toutefois pour dîner sur la terrasse, une ampoule et celle de la piscine ne fonctionnant plus. Cuisine très bien équipée, il manque juste une grille dans le four. Les clim des 2 chambres fonctionnent bien mais pas de ventilateurs dans les autres.

villa sympa

villa agréable avec un extérieur très sympa. Belle piscine et beau jardin.Dommage qu'il n'y a la climatisation que dans 2 chambres, manque climatisation dans le salon et le reste des chambres. La villa est équipé de parasoles extérieurs mais ils sont tous cassés ce qui est dommage.
