Floridamar
This modern and impeccably maintained complex is located just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Jávea's port area, La Grava beach and the marina, with its elegant restaurants, bars and shops. There are also bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
Floridamar has been designed with good taste, featuring wide corridors, a large communal swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a jacuzzi, all surrounded by extensive green lawn bordered by bushes and flowering trees, providing shade and a relaxing atmosphere.
As soon as you enter the flat, a sense of space becomes evident. The hallway, running the length of the apartment, leads to a spacious kitchen and utility room, three large bedrooms with air conditioning, one en suite, a large living room with dining area and covered terrace.
The historic town centre is also nearby and the popular sandy beach Arenal, with all its attractions, is five minutes by car or 15-20 minutes on foot. Two good golf courses are located within a fifteen-minute radius.
Advice JH: Floridamar is located in the same complex as Floridamar Mimosa, and super close to Jardines del Río. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Oasis in the port
The location is excellent- near to shops, supermarkets- the port and the old town and a lovely sea front walk to the Arenal. The gardens and swimming pool are excellent and well looked after also with trees providing shade.
The beds would benefit from mattress toppers making them more comfortable and a couple of decent garden chairs to take down by the pool! Otherwise you have everything you need.

Winter stay
We stayed during January and February in the apartment and found it extremely comfortable, well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Home from home! It was only a few minutes walk to the port area and having use of the gym and pool in the complex was an added bonus. Javea Holidays were brilliant to deal with - friendly staff, great communication and a professional service.
I suppose the only thing I would say is that, as the balcony was enclosed , we found the lounge/dining area quite dark as not much natural light was coming through the patio doors. But I could see that, in the heat of the summer, this would be a benefit as it would keep the room cool. The garage parking space wasn’t easy to park in but I think this is the case in most underground garages in Spain!

A one week stay at the Floridamar apartments
The location was excellent for us. The port area has many bars and restaurants. It is only a 35 minute walk to the sandy beach and more restaurants and shops. The apartment was very comfortable for the three of us. We had a couple of issues such as a broken toilet but the phone was answered promptly and a very pleasant gentleman dispatched to fix it for us. We had a very relaxing week.
As the pool area doesn’t have sun beds perhaps the apartment could provide some? There were 2 beach chairs in the apartment which we did use but in a six person accommodation perhaps more could be provided? Other than that the amenities were excellent.

Family holiday in much loved Xabia .
The apartment is immaculate , roomy , welcoming . All the facilities inside and out side are great . 7 minute walk to Xabia port which has everything you need for a short stay .
Javea holidays were super efficient ( we used on line check in ) so we were literally handed keys and off we went , took 10 seconds .
Underground car park is tight but easily manageable . Lift goes all the way to car park .
Pool area has strict rules , which we liked , but boisterous children probably wouldn’t enjoy it here .
We would return .
A comment for Javea Holidays only - there is a small dog in the apartment below which on our last full day barked from 8 am to 5 pm . It’s the owners fault obviously but you may want to mention to the apartment owner .

Geweldig verblijf
Appartement is comfortabel en compleet. Meubels wat outdated maar functioneel, bedden zijn goed.
Speciaal compliment voor de geweldige service van Javea Holidays . Niets is teveel gevraagd, alle verzoeken worden uitgevoerd, stipt en nauwgezet.
Ik zou wensen dat er meer appartementen zijn in de portefeuille an Javea Holidays zodat er gevarieerde keuze is.
De parkeergarage: buiten op straat is mijn auto helaas beide jaren bekrast. Binnen is de auto niet te manoeuvreren, de plek is klein en onhandig gelokaliseerd.
El apartamento Floridamar estaba muy limpio a nuestra llegada, la ropa de cama y toallas en perfectas condiciones. Apartamento amplio de 3 hab con camas cómodas y agradable ventilación natural. Pese a que las 3 habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, sólo fue necesario utilizarlo un día que hacía mucho calor. Amplia cocina muy limpia. Como único aspecto a mejorar: nos faltó un cazo de cocina grande donde poder hervir pasta para 5 personas (eran pequeños los que había). También incrementaría el número de cubiertos y de platos para evitar utilizar de forma tan recurrente el lavavajillas con el consiguiente ahorro de energía. Valoración excelente en su conjunto!
