Beautiful apartment with terrace and free Wi-Fi. Located in the exclusive residence of La Senia which offers a sunny communal pool and outdoor shower. It is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just 1km from the rocky beach of Montañar de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.

Accommodation
This comfortable, modern and bright apartment is 115m² and is tastefully decorated and has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms with standing fans, accommodating up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and has an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom equipped with two single beds is located next to a third bedroom with another 2 single beds. These two share a second bathroom with a shower. The rest of the room is located on the same level, and offers a modern independent kitchen fully equipped with induction, with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The spacious living room has a table with chairs and a comfortable sofa. Smart TV with wide screen, Internet and double doors that give access to the wonderful and spacious 12m² terrace.
On this terrace you can enjoy an outdoor dining table.
In the common areas you can enjoy a wonderful and large swimming pool, garden and outdoor shower.

The accommodation is located just 1km from the Montañar area, a rocky beach that connects the Port of Jávea and the Arenal beach. Hemos estado dos semanas alojados en el apartamento de Romy y la experiencia no podría haber sido mejor. Todo tal cual aparecía en el anuncio o incluso mejor muy buena ubicación, todo limpísimo y muy bien equipado. La comunicación con los chicos de la oficina de Rock Rentals fue genial, muy amables y educados. Totalmente recomendable!
